Jordana Blejmar is Lecturer in Visual Media and Cultural Studies at the University of Liverpool. She is the author of Playful Memories: The Autofictional Turn in Post-Dictatorship Argentina (Palgrave Macmillan, 2017) and the co-editor of Instantáneas de la memoria: Fotografía y dictadura en Argentina y América Latina (Libraria, 2013), El pasado inasequible: desaparecidos, hijos y combatientes en el arte y la literatura del nuevo milenio (Eudeba, 2018) and Entre/telones y pantallas: afectos y saberes en la performance argentina contemporánea (Libraria, forthcoming). She is Assistant Editor of the Bulletin of Hispanic Studies.

Tzvi Tal

Tzvi Tal is Lecturer in the School of Sound and Screen Arts at Sapir College, Israel. His research focuses on Jewish ethnicity and the reconstruction of the image of historic heroes in Latin American cinema. His most recent publications are ‘Historia infantilizada en películas biográficas de animación: Bolívar, el héroe y Eva de la Argentina', Amnis 16, 2017 and ‘Negotiating Jewish and Palestinian Identities in Latin American Cinema’, in Evolving Images: Jewish Latin American Cinema, ed. by Nora Glickman and Ariana Huberman (Austin: University of Texas Press, 2018).
